1. Wet hair; dispense powder by pressing onto wet hand. One press = one pump of liquid shampoo


2. Rub hands together for 5 - 10 seconds to activate the powder into a creamy, luxurious shampoo lather, and smooth conditioning cream (conditioner requires less water to activate)


3. Shampoo & condition hair like you would with liquid products; keep activating in hair for more lather & leave conditioner in hair for at least one minute
